Anyway, here's your homework, please have a go at them. All these questions are Algebra based:
1) Work out the value of x when x=4a+2b when a=4 and b=3
2) y is proportional to x^2 and when y=75, x=5
Find the value of y when x=3
3) Solve this equation for x to two decimal places
[(2x+3)/(x-4)]-[(2x-8)/(2x+1)]=1
