"Lucian, cheer up" Kieran gave him a sympathetic look.
"Doesn't it ever bother you that we're here, in this situation, forever." Lucian stared at the people walking below "look at them, they'll never have this problem, they all have people who love them, who'll miss them. Who'll save them from this eternal hell." Kieran held his breath, he'd never seen Lucian like this, he'd always been the cheerful one, the one that you couldn't knock, when times got tough, Lucian was the one who fixed it.
"We're an exception, we can't change what happened, but we can embrace it. It's what makes us almost human."
So, a little bit of Lucian and Kieran's story. It's actually quite complex as it's been developed, quite literally, over years (and a concept I'm actually very proud of) but I have a small series of pictures that I've got in the making, that I hope to explain the situation.

dunno why. but the tittle reminds me of a voltaire song of the same name but I think that was about the devils point of veiw about being cast out of heaven, but it was quite similar to this (minus the devil part XD)
